You can generate six types of color schemes: Complementary (opposite colors), Analogous (adjacent colors), Triadic (three evenly spaced colors), Tetradic (four colors forming a rectangle), Monochromatic (different shades of the same color), and Split-Complementary (base color plus two colors adjacent to its complement).
